I purchased The " VIP AutoPilot Profits+ System" from Keith Wellman/FX Marketing, Inc. for $497.00 on 05/1/08.

I did not get the link or anything really serious before 30 days after purchase.

Then I submitted on June 1st the data requested for my website, few days later seeing that nothing was coming I resubmitted again waiting few days and once more again a third time (3 times in total).

In the meanwhile I decided to write a support ticket explaining my frustration which was replied about two days later when I was requesting an immediate refund.

They told me that for some reasons my data was not taken into the system and requested me to do it through support tickets manually, which I did immediately.

Then they told me to wait one week more when in the ticket it was promised me before the end of the week which came two days later, and added that they were giving me 60 days again from that day on!

I was supposed to have a website up and running in approximately one week but after 3 weeks still nothing.

Finally I got a web site but since then I am unable to go into the system etc.. and I wrote at least 8 times in 3 different tickets WITHOUT a reply any longer.

I set up an appointment for my twice 30bonus mentoring, and was waiting for the phone call, but nothing came at all!!!

I rescheduled the failing call but nothing again at the appointed time of the day, I rescheduled a third time verifying every time my data to be sure all was set up correctly but all was in order.

Then I checked and found out that my two bonus mentoring 30was over and all used even though I never ever spoke to anyone because nobody call me anyway at the appointed time scheduled, that is a great mentoring, how to loose one hour with no call, and the rest is alike!!!

I requested a full & immediate refund but NOTHING until now. We are now the 21st June 2008 and yet I did not hear anything from someone in this business!?

I checked and there are many people that bought into this about scam and a small forum topic over Keith Wellman has been started at www.peterbuick.com with an interesting reply from Keith Wellman himself.

I wouldn't have taken any action or felt taken advantage of if I just had the mentoring done as promised and my support ticket replied & my web site running correctly with a full access into it!!!

I understand he may be facing some difficult issues with his support team but he should know that when we get into any business and as he testified making that much money, that the primary thing to do is to be sure to have an effective support team in order to reply to customers issues & technical problems. I have a master degree in International Trades & international logistics and it is what we learn in order to have a lasting business.

The $497.00 may not be that much to FX Marketing inc. - Keith Wellman, but for me who is still unemployed for few years now without income except from my wife job, it certainly means a lot of money and I expected to get some income.

I really cannot either figure out where this business man got his business ethics?

He is young and should learn about how to care for his customers?

A good business man should always reply to his customers concerns and should always help them to overcome their issues.

A happy customer is one who will always return to the business and buy again.

Hi,

Today 24th June 2008, evening
An update to my report:

All is well I have contacted Keith Wellman personally through his E-Mail address, he apologized and he issued immediately a FULL REFUND.

If anyone has a refund in stand by, please contact him personally, he is more than willing to give a full refund no question ask.

He got more than 1600 customers happy and only few refunding but his support team had hard time to keep up and to answer so many E-mails and that is the primary cause of his issues...

This close my negative report and I will say even though I got my full refund (PayPal advised me of the refund) he fixed himself the issue with my website and my download page in ONE FAST ANSWER, so I can use it, if I wish FREELY AND MAKE MONEY OUT OF IT!!!

HE IS REALLY A HONEST PERSON but seemingly his business grew too fast and he started to have a hard time to keep up in training his support team.

He promised that his main focus will be his failing support team and very soon all should be cleared up and everyone who submit a support ticket should be able to receive a reply within a day or so.

In closing he understood clearly how a bad reputation these business issues hurt him and he will deal differently from now on.
