In October of 2008, halfway through the Million Dollar Advantage Program 12 week program conducted by Keith Wellman and his father,Jeff, I requested a refund. The quality of the material was inferior and much less than what was promoted by the Wellman's. I was told I would have to complete the 12 week course as better material was coming.

I did as instructed but the material quality never improved. There were countless 'technical' glitches and long delays in getting recorded materials posted. I again requested a refund and was put through a number of hoops to which I complied. There was a reply that my refund was being processed that was over 3 weeks ago. Now there is no response to my inquiries through the trouble ticket system as well as direct emails to the contact person, Erica.

The scam is that they drag this out extending the process beyond the credit card timeline of 6 months in which to dispute a charge. That is BS. I am planning on taking this to the AG office and also providing my credit card company with a complete record of every communication I have on this matter.

It's time these crooks are put out of business.
