Complaint Review: kelley chevrolet

I took my car to Kelley Chevrolet because I had a grinding noise coming from rear of car. I asked them to diagnose the issue. And fix anything covered under my warranty. I had a 9:30 am appt. and they never got to my car till after 2 when i called asking why i hadn't heard from them yet. They then just took the tires off my car looked and said i needed breaks and rotors. When actually I needed break pads not rotors and the callipers were ceased up not working and had worn the break pad down at one end only and i was metal to metal at one end of the break pad. The other end was perfect and barely worn. I could see this with the naked eye and took pictures before the breaks were even taken off to be replaced along with the callipers which was under warranty even and could have been replaced at no charge. They charged me $50.00 bucks to tell me i needed breaks and rotors which was not true. i needed break pads and callipers. They told me that they couln't have known t needed callipers without doing the breaks. I told he guy your a lier because I am a woman and I seen the callipers were bad just by seeing how the break pad was worn at one end. That tells me the calliper is ceased up at the other end not allowing the break to open and close properly and this is why it had worn at one end and not the other. well of course I am the one who is wrong.. Well i know I am not and they are a rip off. Never go there. I will never tak my vehicle there ever again..
