Complaint Review: kelley pope

 ok Kelley was suppose to do some rv work on my rv we gave him a deposit for materials and we were told by him he would start once he got the parts after two and a half months nothing be ware I did some checking, his MO is to take monies up front and then give excuses why he has not shown up. I myself am a contractor and I only take a 100.00 deposit from my customers and I do not take any other monies till after the work is done. period. I do kitchen, bath & tile work. I never have a problem with any of my projects cause I only do one project at a time. this guy is a thief and has a criminal record on top of the multiple people he has scammed
