I purchased travel vouchers on an e-bay auction that was later cancelled by them. It was not even supposed to be legal on their site. Seller always communicated promptly before I asked for refund. Well she sent package and I returned it unopened with tracking verification. ALL e-mails have gone unanswered and no refund has been sent!Paypal and e-bay both refuse to help! They have undermined my confidence in all auctions...SO BE FOReWARNED!
