I brought my 97 Dodge Neon into their shop in April to get it checked so I paid around $70 for that. They come back to say I needed freon so I am off on my way after getting it filled and paying.

Next two weeks its out again blowing warm. I bring it back this time its around $700 to fix it. Needs a new condensor and a few leaks fixed. I am a single mom and so I had to borrow the money to get my a/c fixed because summer is coming.

Couple weeks later I return to have them put check the dye. Looks good they say.

Few weeks later the a/c is squealing when I turn it on. I bring it back, they tighten a belt. Works fine for 4 days then begins to squeal again! And when it squeals, the air doesnt blow cold.

It continues on and off for another two months. I dont bring it in again for the squealing because when I called about it, they recomend I bring it to someone else for a belt change.

*so now it has been 4 months and over $700 dollars later.....

Now the air doesnt blow cold at all!!!! Oh but good news, it doesnt squeak. So I bring it in today, with my toddler. Spent 2 hrs in there. A new guy is there now and I was told they are under NEW Management. He tells me that it is a number of things, one being a leak. (what? you fixed all leaks!) And this time the bill is more than the first! Its now $899.23. I told him I cant afford that and was going to leave but he wouldnt give me my keys back! He said I owe them $40 to look at the car! I wasnt told this and since the air has never been fixed..when I came in before they didnt charge me it.

My car as at E by the way... So I'm trying to fight back tears at this point. I told the guy he never told me they are charging me to look at it (no signs either) and that I dont have any many. Look at my tank!

I asked him about the warranty on the a/c because before I had the work done 4 months earlier, the man assured me they have a warranty. And what they say is wrong, is whats wrong. Now suddenly $900 worth of things just break 3 months later!

He finally gave me my keys but refused to give me a list of things wrong with the a/c so I can take with me. When I asked for the price again for the estimate, he suddenly couldnt find the sheet...

I am now going to wait the summer out with no a/c until it cools and sell my car. I dont have anymore money to put into it thru this company and wouldnt recomend my family to go there. I have spent too much at this shop down the drain....
