Complaint Review: Kelly Michael McLaney

Kelly McLaney aka Kelly Michael McLaney stole several valuables from our home , including one that is valued at $25K+, which is a watch that my mother had given me before passing! Yes, we made a HUGE mistake by allowing this narco path into our lives! But the past is the past, and although my sister is devastated as he slowly "broke her entire life," financially and emotionally", with his somewhat Hypnotic false sense of charm, she had been led to believe that he actually was a decent person.

Kelly whom is 57 years of age I believe had been "using my sister" that is just 24 years old , on and off for the past few years. Apparently she fell victim of his NARCISSISTIC personality disorder. She had only been romantic with him for a few months and now that she has lost everything, including her insanity, career and home, he manipulated her to purchase located in Key Biscayne FL, which she has now been forced to forclose on, due to the payments she could not afford. Before she become pregnant with his child, she had followed his advice, and through is dark and cruel tactics, manipulation, and cruel narcissistic traits, conned her into buying a home with her payments being just shy of $11K per month. After she lost her license as a Physician , due to his betrayal, she now is homeless and just about to deliver their child, of course she has nothing to offer this user and therefore he has left her.

He disappeared in early September 2018 completely abandoning my sister ,"just when she needed him the most", placed a restraining order against her for no reason whatsoever, took over $73,000.00 in cash from her (yes while pregnant) & through multiple blackmail approaches which she has now been hospitalized and is a psychiatric unit due to his personality disorder. We wish to restore our valuables from this evil and demonic user. Especially the watch which is a 25K watch, one that has no monetary value and is highly valued to both my sister as well as myself!   We have filed all reports and awaiting for the police to return reports in order to move forward with criminal case against him.
