Kelly Nurseries recieved dead plants as a replacement bloomington Illinois
Ordered a large order of Plum leaf shrubs and arbovtae trees. A total of 44 plants didn't grow when I planted them in March. I saved the label and returned it stating the fact. They replaced them, but when they where delivered they where in a plastic bag. I opened them immediately and place them in water. They looked dried up. I called them about this and they gave me the dormant story. I know dormant. So I planted them in rich soil and watered and waited. Nothing but a dried up stick in the soil. They sent me dead plants. I guess this is how they guarantee thier plants. Never again.
