Kelly P. Gifford does poor re-pigmentation work. When she and Tammy Wedel were informed that a second and third opinion revealed improper and substandard work, Tammy Wedel became very belligerent. Tammy also threatened to dismiss Kelly Gifford if I were refunded any money at all.

SCAM: Kelly P.Gifford - Cleopatra's Ink = Bad Work, Bait & Switch, Lies
I first became suspicious after Kelly Gifford kept inventing surprise charges such as $300 for a "skin test" and $250 for extra visits.
Kelly P. Gifford botched my repigmentation. She won't even refund my money! Cleopatra's Ink is owned by Tammy Wedel who became belligerent after discovering I got a second opinion. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you need permanent makeup, repigmentation, waxing, eyelash extensions, teeth whitening, manicures, pedicures, mineral makeup, etc. in the Tampa Bay area. $575 for three hours of incompetent work that had to be corrected by someone else at a cost of $750 is no bargain.
Tammy Wedel has now begun online posting of intimate details about the work and intimate details about my body to embarrass me out of demanding money that is rightfully mine. The embarrassment is worth helping others avoid the ordeal and unnecessary pain Cleopatra's Ink has put me through.
