Kelly Wiliamson Deceptive Real Estate Agent Flower Mound Texas
I found Alexa Goodman of Goodman Real Estate Group, Flower Mound, TX to be very misleading. We recently completed a lease application with her only to discover Ms. Goodman was collecting numerous lease applications at $90 per couple for a credit check. She never mentioned the lease process was actually a bidding process for the property. We requested a refund. Her response was... Sorry, lease application fees are non-refundable. You should have read your contract. We did read her contract. There was nothing mentioned about a bidding process. Had we known this we never would have submitted an application. In my opinion this practice is very deceptive. I have reported her to the Texas Real Estate Commission. My advice is to be very wary of Ms. Goodman and Goodman Real Estate Group.
