KellyConnect appone.commystaffingpro.com KellyConnect collects last four of Social Security number and other personally identifying info for discrimination purposes? Nationwide

KellyConnect deceived me into entering the last four digits of my Social Security number, my address and other personal identifying information, in addition to my Skype username, on the pretense of considering my "application" for employment.

All that KellyConnect actually did was steal my personally identifying information. KellyConnect did not "consider" hiring me for a job posted May 19, 2017, because the only information KellyConnect requested and received from me was the last four digits of my Social Security number, address and other PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION.

I have years of Call Center employment experience, but KellyConnect did not ask for that information, and therefore did not/could not have "considered" me for employment based on my qualifications.

Instead, KellyConnect ended the online application process after collecting only the last four of my Social Security number, demographic and other personally identifying information. Within moments I received an email from noreply@mystaffingpro.com and the supposed "application" website on the appone domain read , "Based on the information you provided in the online application, it appears you do not meet the minimum qualifications for this position."

NO online "application" was actually completed. All that was entered was the last four of my Social Security number and other personally identifying information.

KellyConnect has NO legitimate reason to ask any job applicant for the last four of their Social Security number. Social Security numbers should only be collected after hiring, from employees for tax withholding and reporting purposes and/or with explicit permission from applicants for pre-employment background checking after being hired.

I've demanded KellyConnect delete from their database(s) all of the personally identifying information it deceived me into entering on their website, on the pretense of "considering" me for employment after completing a "job application".

No job application was completed. KellyConnect refused to consider me for employment based on the only information it collected from me, which is information from which KellyConnect could determine my age - i.e., last four of Social Security number and Skype signup (for which age is a part of profile).

Here's a couple more examples of  Kelly Connect deceptions during the online "job application" that was actually nothing more than data mining for age, demographics and the presence or not of disabilities:

1. Posting a link to https://www.dol.gov/ofccp/regs/compliance/posters/pdf/OFCCP_EEO_Supplement_Final_JRF_QA_508c.pdf at the beginning of the supposed online "job application" process to instill trust that KellyConnect will follow the law and not discriminate.

2. Questions about disabilities that should not be asked pre-hire.

3. Deceiving applicants into entering their Skype or FaceTime info by framing the request as potentially needed should a Web cam connection not be functioning at the time of a interview.
