Kellys Running Warehouse Doesn't ship, doesn't provide tracking information ripoff Internet
Won one of their auctions on Ebay for a pair of running shoes on Dec. 29th. Paid for them immediately on same day.
Requested tracking no. two days later, and did not get a response till Jan 2nd. They refused to provide a tracking # or a phone number to contact them to see when the order will be shipped. When complained about this, got canned email response saying thank you for contacting us, orders ship in 2-4 business days.
This is now Jan 8th, and to date no tracking no., no physical address provided, no phone number provided. No phone number or address is listed on their website either.
Right now, Id tell people to avoid them at all costs, regardless of their good rating on Ebay. They have absolutely lousy customer service. For the amount of money I saved, I would have been better off getting a pair locally at a few dollars more and avoid their arrogance.
