We were signed up with Kemper, after our trusted personal agent found us the best pricing for our vehicle. We signed up for a monthly payment plan.

The first letter came for our initial payment. That seemed normal - so we paid it. Then a second bill came for a sixth month payment - and still the top of the printed bill read "Monthly Pay Plan" and they want
another $275.44 this month, while last month they demanded $125.00 and the previous month they wanted and still the bill reads "MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN"!!!

Don't let these rats fool you - they will get away with falsely printed statements as long as NO-ONE DOES ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

When I called Kemper's Agent Alex Sourikoff - he was very "Sour" and tried to pass us on to Kemper's billing. Well - look out - they said it was an Agent problem and sent us back to the Agent. No resolution -

Do you know by law your required to have Auto Insurance - so by law - these Insurance policies should be required to have absolutely accurate billing statements.

Now while our dwindling monthly income is tied up in Kemper, we have to come up with some more money in order to get back into a honorable Insurance Company.

I was a member of State Farm for 15 years - they never did this -they divided an annual premium by 12 (Umm - which - bye the way -is how many months there are in a year Kemper! Cause it looks like your trying to redefine what "Monthly Payment Plan" means.)

I wonder how many little old ladies or gentlemen out there get stuck with "this kind of business" and say nothing. Even if we were rich - and didn't notice the money - it still would not be right.
