I am a merchant - computer repair and services. I live in Maui HI. Ken Courtney came here on vacation and his computer was crashing regularly. He called me, I fixed it. (It had a clogged heatsink, required complete disassembly and cleaning. Ran great afterwards)
Ken Courtney was here for at least 3 weeks after I repaired his computer. He never contacted me to say there was any further problems. He went home and filed a chargeback stating "not as described". What a bunch of horseshit. This guy is "just another rich kid" and he has to hurt honest businessmen by pulling fraud scams.
The biggest problem is that all credit card companies are EVIL! They side with the consumer no matter what. This screws the merchant ever time. I will no longer be accepting credit cards from tourists. Stay in New York Mr. Courtney with all the other scumbag snobs!
