Complaint Review: Ken de Rosario

This guy says he’s in legal services. He has stolen a wave runner that has not been payed for in almost a year. Just like everyone’s issue with him on here he does not return calls or texts and when he does he gives u the runaround. We have his address and info and have already notified local authorities. It will be repossessed. Don’t trust him with anything business or personal. He has take 7-8,000 of my money with a ski in my name and has not payed. Title and paperwork is in my name and ski is reported stolen at this point. Scam artist and true scumbag of person. Amazing he can work in a legal field
