Ken Lavenue and Rebecca Doyle, these two American Frauds bought their house back at the foreclosure sale. They quit paying their Mortgage Company so they would foreclose on their house on 560 N. Benson Lane, Chandler, Az. The Mortgage Company tried to work with Ken and Rebecca, newly weds, but both Ken and Rebecca decided to commit fraud against their lender and make them lose HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. They bought their own home at the FORECLOSURE SALE in cash. Because of the devaluation of the property, it sold for less than what the original mortgage amount was, thus causing the Lender to lose several Hundred Thousand Dollars.

Well a friend of mine checked what's Recorded through the County Recorder, and found that Rebecca Doyle signed a Joint Tenancy Deed with Ken Lavenue back in August of 2007. So, you Rebecca, had ownership for over three years, then Rebecca Doyle became Rebecca Lavenue by marriage, and bought the house on 560 N. Benson Lane from the Trustee at the Foreclosure Sale for $415,201 as Rebecca Lavenue, thus screwing the Mortgage Company for $324,000, since you owed the Mortgage Company for $739,000. You, Rebecca, bought the house back at the foreclosure sale from the Trustee, and made out like a bandit!!
That is sooooooooooo illegal!! That is called Mortgage Fraud. You defrauded the Mortgage Company out of over $320,000. Both Ken and Rebecca Lavenue knew that they committed a crime, and no matter the documents that they filed to protect themselves, they still pulled the wool over on everyone, and tried to commit the perfect crime. Well, guess what!! It is beyond funny to know that you are still losing because the house is not even worth what you paid for it!! I hope you love eating your own CROW and go to jail!!

HAHAHA! Wrong person think again, Rebecca and Ken!!Wow thats sad so you have problems with others besides me who is this John guy is he a victim of your disgusting treatment and attitude as well? You guys should not tell people your personal business, because when you do them wrong they tell on you!!
And if this is not true, prove it. Big mouth Gossiping Rebecca told me herself that she was going to have her own relative buy her house at the foreclosure sale so was it your son or brother that ended up doing it for ya? That is soooo illegal. If this is reported to the law and Mortgage Company, you will go to prison for Mortgage Fraud. Ken Lavenue and Rebecca Doyle, you guys are such fakes. Even though you are married now, you will be in jail for your actions. Now, I guess your house is paid for, through your illegal actions. Hope the law gets you!!

This is a totally false accusation filed by a scam artist named John Jennings. We reported him to the police and he fled town as his usual m.o. Shows if you look him up on this site. It is a weak attempt at defaming us to get back at him for sending him on the run again. Good luck running from the law John.
