Ken Lerner of Total Concepts - NJ killed a very old and expensive tree on our property while completing a landscaping project. He has not responded to our request for him to replace the tree or pay us the value of the tree. He does not return calls, emails or texts.
The manner in which Ken killed the tree was he dug it up and left it out for 2 months before replanting it, assuring us that the tree would be just fine when replanted and that if it wasn't, he would replace it. Eleven months later the tree is dead and he hasn't replaced it.
