Charged me $1200.00 to fix a chimney leak. Chimney continued to leak and Ken Stevens would not honor his warranty.

Don't be fooled by the nice yellow page advertising-there are plenty of phone numbers but no address. This man comes to your home, puts up a good front, even gives a guarantee and then supposedly does the work for which you hired him. But beware, he does not do quality work and in my case made a bad situation even worse. He charged me $1200.00 to fix a chimney leak but in fact made the leak worse. I tried to file a law suit against him but cannot find out a physical address to serve him.

Don't be fooled by the nice yellow page advertising-there are plenty of phone numbers but no address. This man comes to your home, puts up a good front, even gives a guarantee and then supposedly does the work for which you hired him.
