This gentlemen purports to run both charitable events and a web company to "teach others how to grow their business being socially good". He retained SuburbanPools of NJ to do extensive work to his pool, Jacuzzi and waterfall, all which were in disrepair. The pool had not been opened or serviced in several years. He called for this service 4 days before Memorial Day Weekend and insisted that the pool had to be ready for Memorial Weekend.

The owner of Suburban made 15 trips to the premise to solve the numerous leaks and water loss issues. His crew was able to turn the appearance around from horrible to Franklin Lakes standards. There are before and after pictures available depicting every step.

Unfortunately because the pool had been neglected, there was a continuous loss of water which required several days of testing, capping, filling and refilling.

The bill for all of this was $2,190.00 The only reason he was extended the courtesy of not paying up front was the fact he was referred by an excellent customer who is supposedly his friends. When he only paid $400 and failed to pay as agreed thereafter, the referring clients made a request of him to make payment...nothing...and this was July.

We have people checking into his "charitable" work now. It does not make sense that someone living in a home that was purchased for $2,100,000 can't pay their bills and then runs charitable events...even if this person is not the homeowner as the property is listed under a different name.  Our lawyers will file suit for non-payment and have liens waged against whatever we can.

WE did as requested..we opened your pool..which was a mess the day we first saw it and obviously was not properly tended to for quite some time. AFTER the pool was open and less than 30 hours later you called us back and said, " I am losing water, please come back"  We did and we found the problems and correceted them. As far as the condition of your pool AFTER we serviced it..the pictures are attached. You are a not only a fraud but you are a liar..I have you on ttape saying if we would wait until after the New Year you would pay.  I told you that we would not because you do not tell the truth. I will upload that audio file also if permitted.

It is real simple they charged me $400 to open my pool which they did & I paid. They then told me that there was an issue with the filter & it would cost $1100 to get the pool running smooth & SWIM READY.

They Never fixed the issue & because of them & the time they waisted we were not able to swim in the pool the whole season. They Promised swim ready & they did not produce swim ready. I did not pay because they never finished their work & did NOT KEEP THEIR WORD!
