Complaint Review: Kendal Mason

On sept 27, 2010 I bought a property that was supposed to be Turnkey/Renovated 4bedroom 2 bath duplex that was to come with a Warranty Deed and title insurance thru Kendal Mason of Pac West Corp., Inc.  I wired him funds to his bank account and months later he sent me a Quit Claim Deed (NOT a Warranty Deed) to a home that is worthless/uninhabitable and needing 25-30K+ in rehab work.  Not only that but the title/deed was not prepared properly and so it was not transferred into my name either.  Kendal Mason/Pac West still owns it according to county records.  The title/deed paperwork he sent them was not completely filled out with his info nor were all documents even done so they forwarded it to me to find him.  The so called notary that he used for county documents has not been able to be traced which makes me think they were fake as well.  Even the notary paper was done wrong when sent to the county.  The house was not as described, nor was the title/deed, nor was there title insurance provided, and when I went to recover my money I found out that the number for Pac West Corp is a cellular phone for Kendal Mason is also his fax (must have it forwarded as heard him outside on it but was told to fax him at it too), and that the address listed for him/Pac West Corp, Inc on Bush in San Francisco is a UPS Store location address.

  After looking into Kendal Mason and Pac West Corp, Inc I have found many complaints about him taking money and delivery either no properties or properties that cost more than what they were paid for and in unlivable conditions... none of which were as they had been described to the buyers prior to purchase.

Not only that, but he apparently gave the same description and photos to sell the same property as the one after he already "sold" it to me to others and they got scammed as well!  I have no idea what my recourse is but beware.  He sells on Craigslist, ebay, and other places as well. 

I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM AN ATTORNEY OR AUTHORITIES that would go after him for my funds and to stop him from victimizing other people.  I have his banking information, print-outs of our emails, and the original sales listing that show photos and the description of what I paid for to him.  I have received nothing for my money but worthless papers and no refund.
I bought this from him when I lived in California and he does too.  I now live in IL.
