Complaint Review: Kendall appliance

Kendall appliance I bought a washer and dryer and the dryer is malfunctioning and they won’t replace it or give me my money back! Granite city Illinois

On sept 8, 2020- i bought and paid in full a washer and dryer - long story short- my first load of laundry i did was a white blanket - it washed and dried but left black marks all over my blanket - i called Kendall and they came out the next day- guy "cleaned " the inside and left so i re-washed the same blanket and it did it AGAIN!!! I called them back and the owner came out- i asked him to take pics of the blanket- he did- and left saying he had to call his "speed queen rep”-

he came back out a few hours later and looked at the dryer again and then told me his rep said my blanket was too big and didn’t allow for the dryer to "tumble” it correctly which was why the black marks were on it!!! WHAT?????!! I told him to replace the dryer- that’s a mfg FLAW- and he refused saying - there’s nothing wrong with the dryer your load is too big- (so the washing machine that MATCHES the dryer can wash it but can’t dry it?

And does that mean i can never Put "too many clothes” in this dryer or it will leave black marks all over my clothes!?!?!?!?!) IM LIVID!! The owner won’t replace the dryer OR REFUND MY $1980.64!!!!!!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I live alone and take care of my two year old granddaughter and don’t work!!!! This is I ACCEPTABLE!!!
