The Kendall Toyota service department, in my experience, lies and cheats to avoid providing warranty service. Then, if the matter is escalated, the zone reps will not help, even when presented with proof of Kendall Toyota’s lies. So Toyota is simply full of scammers and thieves in my experience, and why I’ll never buy another one of their vehicles.

Instead, I’m buying wonderful new cars for my family from another car company, who is growing sales by treating customers with integrity, kindness and respect.

Advice on the Kendall Toyota Service Department: Don’t trust their word, don’t accept their fake wait lists, don’t do anything by phone. Get everything in writing and dated: Work orders, estimates, everything. Take names, even though no one seems to work there long. Better still: Take your vehicle to a good independent shop.

Advice on the Kendall Toyota Sales Department: If you must consider a purchase or lease, don’t bite on the salesperson or managers’ first offer. Wait a day or so for a real salesperson to call you with an actual offer, which for a purchase should be closer to invoice. #KendallToyotaSleezeballs
