Complaint Review: Kengo Sun at Academy Mortgage (for now)

This dips*** cost me my deposit. Kengo Sun is the worst mortgage banker ever. He swore up and down he could do my loan and then... he couldn't. I left a talented banker to work with Kengo because he "smoked" their rate. What an idiot! He failed and asked stupid questions time and again. He kept asking for the same documents over and over. Even his mortgage processor that he was an idiot. When all else failed he tried to do it as a VA --- even though I told him I was not a veteran. 

Kengo is a loser. 

Look him up on the consumer NMLS website, it would seem he changes jobs like he changes his underwear - every six months. I also googled his Facebook account and found my immatuirty than most adolescents post to their pages. I wish he put that kind of effort into his job. 

To top things off, i went back to my original lender, after rates had gone up unfortunately, and the helped me get a very similar deal done on a different property with a whole new deposit.
