Rent is due on the first. If the first falls on a Saturday and you give them a check on Sunday, there is a $275 fine even though they could have deposited the check on Saturday any way, the book keeper comes in on Monday.
Gate never locks, my car has been broken into 2 times, the AC never works, and they do not keep the breeze ways up. This is not a safe place for a girl to live for sure.
Management does not care.

I'm sure what Jeff meant to say was that they COULDN"T have deposited the check on a Saturday, not COULD have. Just a common mistake. Most people would have caught it.

How could they have deposited your check on Saturday if you gave it to them on Sunday? Advice: If the rent is due the 1st and a penalty is imposed if you're late--pay it on time.
