Complaint Review: Kenlin Capital / Joseph Sorrentino / Venture Capital

Kenlin Capital, Inc. masquerade as a VC investing in offshore projects, particularly BRIC. Joseph Sorrentino, CEO, claims to be the trustee/exectuor of a Caribbean offshore trust fund which he loans to projects for equity and/or interest/appreciation. Known to be associated with Llew Watkins, who claims to the head of SCF Second City Finance and uses his wife's bank accounts and records to receive and disperse cash.

They network with a number of brokers, who take a cut of the upfront due diligence fee as well as % at closing. I have known Kenlin Capital to be involved in 5 projects across Asia introduced to them by brokers Randy Crow and Adam Jordan Antoszewski, however none of the projects were closed to my knowledge.

Joe Sorrentino claims to be very ill man, accordingly he has been at death's door for the past 6 years and must hold the world record in heart surgery procedures which he and his brokers use to justify the delay and eventual folding of each deal they take money for.

In the event they would actually lend money, or commit documentation to lending money, they fold the finance within 1 year and take over the asset in their name. These guys have faked the signatures of their 'victims' on contracts and legal documents and have failed to pay for legal and other diligence work.
