Kenmar Watches Incorrect Shipping! Horrible Customer Service! West Bloomfield, Michigan

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE
COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will receive your item late (if at
all) and their customer service will not do anything to rectify the situation.
Pay the extra money and go with a reputable site (e.g. Amazon.)

I made a purchase and paid for 3-4 day shipping. After 2 days of not receiving
a receipt nor any tracking information, I decided to contact their customer
service. "Tyler" (their customer
service rep) stated that:

Tyler: Your
order took time to process because another name is registered to that address.

If there was issues with my order, someone from the company should've contacted
me. Then "Tyler" stated that they would ship the item by the end of the day. I told him that
there would be no way for me to receive the item by the 3-4 day shipping that I
had paid for. "Tyler" stated that 3-4 shipping time DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME, and the company has no control over processing time. WHAT?! This is ridiculous to me because
they are the ones that are processing the item. I then asked if they could send
my item Next-Day shipping. "Tyler" refused and would not offer a type of work around solution. I am extremely unhappy with this business and I recommend you all to stay away.
