Kenneth Shaffer Scam Artist and Con Artist

Please stay away from Kenneth E Shaffer, he is a liar and an internet scam artist that will make you work hours and hours for nothing. We have investigated Kenneth E Shaffer rather carefully and found that he exhibits very fraudulent and shady behavior.

He contacted my company to request programming for his website. I required 50% down to start the project. After the work was complete, he was supposed to pay the other 50%, which he did not. He made an excuse that his bank accounts are frozen!

I did some investigating. He worked with another programmer not too long ago who I decided to reach out to. When I started Kenneth E Shaffer’s website programming project, he had given me some information which led me to the name of his previous web developer (and that’s how I found out who his previous developer was).

I contacted his previous website developer who advised me that Kenneth E Shaffer did something similar, just different. He issued a bad check and made an excuse that there was a death in the family (whether that happened or not, I don’t know, but I seriously doubt it).

This is not a legitimate business person. Kenneth E Shaffer scammed us out of hundreds of dollars as well as the previous developer. How many thousands of dollars that he has actually scammed hasn’t been determined yet. He should be called Scam Artist of America in my opinion.

Oh, by the way, one thing that he does in the beginning to make everyone feel bad for him is that he tells developers that he is building these shopping websites to help the unfortunate people by donating them.
