Complaint Review: Kenneth Purnell

Kenneth Purnell aka Special K is a con artist. Women need to stay away from him. He gets people to get rental cars for him and he doesn't return them. He will take all of your money, swear he is going to pay it back and never does.

He gets money from multiple women. He gets their credit cards and bank cards and won't return them. He has so many women in debt. He runs credit card and bank account scams. Don't give him anything because he will use you and you will never get it back. He writes bad checks. He does his family the same way.
