Complaint Review: Kenneth Russell Roof Contracting

A newly installed roof was leaking and created damage inside the home. I had a roof installed in January of 2018. The roof began leaking in mid-August, 2018. I called, emailed and texted this company NUMEROUS times. I have a spreadsheet that details all of the communication. I was told that they would send somebody out there on a particular day. Since there are tenants in the house, I had to make sure that somebody was there.

Nobody showed up that day. Somebody did show up the following day to fix the problem. He told my tenant that Kenneth would be contacting me. He never did. We made more attempts to contact Kenneth (who does not have his voice mail set up). I have $1600.00 worth of damage to my house because of his work. I would not recommend him to anybody. Apparently Ken Russell roofing has horrible reviews and has problems with licenses. The roofing license is listed in someone elses name and not Ken Russell.
