This deadbeat dad quit seeing and calling his daughter before her birthday is June 2011. He quit paying child support and cancelled her insurance in September 2011. He quit answering his daughter's calls in November 2011.
He has been evading constables and process servers so he doesn't have to go to court. She's having a really hard time coping with this - thinking she did something wrong to make him not love her anymore.
