Kennmore (Sears) Refused Warranty Benefits Nationwide

In April of 2014, I purchased a new Kenmore Microwave. In December of 2014 the Microwave died. I took it to a Sears repair center and they sent me to an UPS Center which packaged and shipped (FREE OF CHARGE ) it to a repair center. The repair center (423-499-1446) referred me to the Warranty center. The warranty center REFUSED TO COVER THE REPAIRS.

All this has done was to reassure me that Sears is experiencing SERIOUS FINANCIAL PROBLEMS. I would recomend that NOBODY EVER PURCHASE A SEARS BRAND PRODUCT BECAUSE THERE IS A HIGH PROBABLY THAT IT WILL NOT COVER ANY WARRANTY ISSUES
