Kenny Wasley, CEO of Visionary Developer makes a living by scamming people. He'll approach potential business partners and invite them to be on his board of directors. After a couple meetings, his assistant will give you a call and demand thousands of dollars.
His work ethic and the quality of his website/graphic design are terrible as well. After collecting money he takes forever to show any results. After the final product was finished, he lacked the skill to make modifications and corrections.
Bottom line, Kenny Wasley runs a shady business with very shady associates. His work leaves much to desire. Stay away from Kenny Wasley and Visionary Developer!

I'd like to hear Operation Surf's opinion of the above comments. Somehow, I don't think they'd agree with Ken's self-assessment and attempt at ego inflation. Just saying, the facts remain, no matter how he tries to dilute them or point at anyone other than himself.

The information posted on Ripoffreport.com regarding me and my companies, Visionary Developer, Inc. and HairandSkincare.com, Inc. is baseless and without merit. None of the accusations in the posting are true. We run a legitimate business and adhere to the highest ethical standards in the business community. We invite you to contact any of our current and past clients. Many are listed on our website. Feel free to contact me directly for a complete list of references. We have every confidence they will support our assertions of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
We believe the posting to Ripoffreport.com was submitted by a company we hired to arrange financing for a business venture. We discontinued their services because of their inability to perform. Furthermore, their company is currently under investigation by the California Department of Justice and the FBI for committed grant theft by false pretenses from a group of companies and individuals, including my company. Information regarding this investigation is available to the public through the courts. The Sacramento Bee Newspaper and KCRA TV Channel 3 have reported this ongoing investigation.
Im sure the purpose of the Ripoffreport.com website is to serve the public by identifying various scams and dishonest businesses. However, it is disappointing that information on this site is not vetted more carefully to prevent libelous postings.

Kenny Wasley is a great kind-hearted guy that is focused on helping cancer patients. There is a lot of slander going around against folks that we involved in a business deal that didn't succeed. This slander is all non-sense and its time for everyone to move on with their lives and do new things. Kenny is a great guy and his web design is second to none. I highly recommend him.
