Kenpo Karate Academy Took the money and does not want to return it Durham North Carolina
Adcart sold me a contract order form for advertising my business at Winn Dixie stores in Miami, FL. I gave them a check to be deposited on the 1st of July because I did not have the money to cover the check.
I called the second day to cancel the contract and Adcart had deposited the check the day when received and the bank paid the check causing an averdrawn in my bank.
After many calls the money has not been return and today they told me it will be 2 to 3 more weeks before returning the money.
How could Winn Dixie do business with this type of company?
