Complaint Review: Kens Collision Center

Kens Collision Center Ken Corrales Unprofessional and Ignorant Staff and Owner, Terrible Customer Service, Unsatisfactory Repairs, Prolonged Repair time, Car needed to be returned to center several times for Improper Repairs that were Hollywood, California

Plain and Simple...Kens Collision Center, Ken Corrales and the Office Manager Laura Sosa are ignorant, rude, and unprofessional. If you have a high end car, or any car for that matter, do not have your car repaired at Kens Collision Center! Here's a bit of my story...


I was referred to Kens Collision Center to repair my high end vehicle that was in an accident. After being told that my vehicle would take roughly 10 days to repair, it was delivered to me and paint was still chipped, wheels were uneven and this was just by the looks of things, I didn't even attempt to drive the car yet.


I sent the car back and was told it would take a day or two and all of the things that I outlined would be repaired. Another full week passed before my car was attempted to be delivered again, this time, wheels still not lining up properly, paint still chipped and after I attempted to drive the car, it was not aligned and was pulling all over the road. Car sent back once again.


This back and fourth happened several times before they finally sent the car to the dealership for proper testing only to find out that there was more internal damage done that Kens never even looked into! On top of that the car, in fact, was not aligning properly and the dealership could clearly see that the wheels were not set equally either.


The insurance company was finished covering rental fees as they felt that Kens had taken entirely too long to finish the repairs, they felt that Kens should have looked into each and every issue before attempting to return the car to me althougth they didn't; therefore the remainder of the rental fees were to fall upon Kens Collision Center to foot the bill. Obviously Kens Collision Center feels that they should not cover this and there in lies another issue.


After two months of being hung up on by Laura Sosa and the owner Ken Corrales, put on excessive holds, being lied to about when the car would be completed, being told I would recieve a call back and then no call back, I got my car back and a bill.


Ken's Collision Center is the worst repair shop in the Los Angeles area.
