Kensington Assistance Agency said If I don't get at least $5,000 in grant money, I would get my money back.
I have tried to contact them but their phone has been disconnected.I don't know how to get my money back. If anyone knows how, let me know

You are the latest victim of a old scam.
There was never a grant (grants are ausually applied for, nobody calls you up or mails you to tell you that you are eligible).
They and your money are long gone. Consider it a learning experience.
If you provided them any credit card, bank account information, you may be wise to change account numbers. If they don't use it themselves, they can be easily brokered to other thiefs who buy lists of stolen account numbers.
If you provided them your social security number, place a fraud watch on your credit reports to be sure no accounts are opened using your SS number.
Remember, never give out your account or SS information to anyone who calls you or who sends a mailer asking you to call them, it's a scam.
