I'm a Single Mom of two and the Caregiving to my ailing Mother.Seeking help for Home Repairs.

I received a post card in the mail.Stating:You have been Identified as a possible qualifier for a Government Grant....

I called around 6/30/06 set up a payment to be taken out of my bank account on 7/21/06 for $299.97.After thinking about it I got a bad feeling.I had made a big mistake.

I called them back on 7/5/06 talked to Anthony.Explained that I had changed my mind and wanted to cancel my request. He said I'd have to call back when it's been a week. There's no record of my account being set up yet.

Ok,Big Red Flag.I called my Bank to set up a Stop Payment on the Draft scheduled for 7/21/06.Was told I could Not place a Stop Payment on a Electronic Draft.

Have been calling and calling ever since and GUESS WHAT - nothing but a busy signal on all 3 phone numbers I have:
1-866-314-3910, 1-866-314-3912 and 1-866-316-7146

Ok,now what do I do.Can't stop the payment, can't reach them.I don't have the money to throw away.

Because I was able to put a stop on a electronic payment before and you should be able to as well.

Or even better go into the bank and talk in person with them.
