We moved into a Community That Had Issues Way before we brought our family in.
Then after being here for sometime and hearing from Differant Owners of homes and Other Renters About who to stay away from due to certain Drama Issues.
Then after doing more searching and digging they say and there are signs everywhere under Video Servalence.
Not true at all and can be provine.
And when we wanted to renew our lease with the owner and park manger all of a sudden they fill it would be in the best interest of all parties involved not to renew our lease.
Even asked about all parties involved but got No response at all.
And the head chief of investigations is even involved to.
Could and would show prof of everything With Other Families That Have Lived Here For over 8-10 years as we'll.

I was Contacted By Carol Oliver Park Manager For PIKEWOOD MNR.
In Regards To My Phone Call To Her Some time A Week Or Tek Ago In Regards To Us Staying Here Untill The 2nd Of May-2015: Carol Stated She Didn't Have A Problem With It, And I Was Not Trying To Leave Them A Home That Wasn't Like It Was When We Moved In.
On That Being Said Carol Stated She Dudnt Wat This Turning Into A Whole Extra Week Ordeal:
I Stated To Her No Mam, I'm Trying To Be Respectful, And To Ask You For Two Days Extra, 1 To Move Out :
1 - To Clean All The Home Shampoo The Rugs, Wash Walls, And Other Things That Needed Addresed:
Carol Oliver Agreed To That In A Responce In A Email, That We Could Stay.
But Today And Calls Me And States Why Should Her Boss Do Anyhong For Us? When I Have Posted The Truth On Here:
So I Ask That All This Be Removed So A Family With Children Has A Place To Stay Until I Get Paid:
And Also For Kent Sommer And Carol Oliver For Them To Give Us A Good Referance When We Move:

Is Affraid To Speak Up And To State The Proven Fact's:
Kent Sommers of Pike wood manor is up to it again.
Because no one wants to live in his park he has some how justified that when people want to move out of his park you now have to pay him 2,500 dollars for your trailer so that he can dump the trailer, claiming that its costing him more to junk the trailers than what he gets back for the scrap.
If you live in his park and you have pets, BEWARE!!!! It has been a well known fact that kent has had his coworkers "invent" a gas chamber type box, so that if any animals (cats,ratcoons,ect..) were caught they were to be put in this box and killed by the fumes of a tail pipe that the box was hooked to.
Cats were even reportedly shot by a BB gun. Kent now claims that all animals caught in cages are put behind the shop garage and taken by a animal control person.
However rumors still float around that they still use the box. Kent is a rude bussiness person man, if really want to live a trailer home, your better off going somewhere else.

Where is the ripoff? All I see is someone WHINING because the owners DO NOT want to renew YOUR lease. If that is the case, then YOU only have yourself to blame. If YOU were as good of a renter as YOU lead everyone to believe, then THEY would have jumped at the chance to renew YOUR lease. SInce they DID NOT do this, in fact they went the OTHER WAY!! Meaning that YOU are NOT as good of a renter as YOU THINK!!!! No rip off here, just the usual spoiled children that post when LIFE doesn't go their way. WHY is it ALWAYS someone elses FAULT??? WHY cant you people take responsibility for the choices and actions YOU make?? Are YOU not an adult?? How about ACTING LIKE ONE!!!!
