Kentucky Fried Chicken KFC ripoff non compliant with my injuries no calls back evasive West Palm Beach Florida
Well it has almost been a month since our visit that I totally regret on May 7th, 2006. I have been in constant pain since. My husband and I bought dinners and went to the park for a nice afternoon, I bit into their extra crispy chicken that had a bone or something in the huge over dried and heated extra crispy chunk skin whatever and it broke a filling and cracked the tooth right next to it.
I was given a case number by customer service, told to bring in and save the chicken bone carcass gross and Lisa took it, how sickening! Then the insurance guy that you could barely make out tells me to go ahead if I want and pay for xrays and mail all my personal xrays that are private to them at my expense. Well I had to go through 4 or 5 shots of novacaine- had to have a tooth pulled and one filling replaced and have to get a bride now to even chew right. I have Crohn's so it is imperative for me to chew my food I also have major anxiety and they have not helped at all and no the insurance man Sam Shapiro never eve said sorry about your tooth or teeth.
I have called about 8 times, our bill for the visit was 65.00 and my dental bill 1,575.00 with still 2 more appointments to go and NO help from KFC. I can not believe what a terrible company they are and all the pain I have been in. I would never ever go there again! and urge you to think twice about eating their food, who know swhat is in it! Bones R Us!

Your right they did take the chicken and they sure are avoiding this one but when you are in pain weeks feels like months, ouch! It hurts and I also wrote them an email again and no response to that or the call placed last week to the head of their customer compaints in Atlanta, makes me VERY upset.

Merci, this is a short time to expect this to be processed through their insurance carrier. It may take a few months in all actuality.
I hope that you took photographs of the food in question as it sounds like you simply turned it over to them. If you did not they can simply deny there was any problem and the burden of proof will be on you.
If they don't come through, you can always try a small claims action.
