Complaint Review: KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken

My Father and his co-worker was having lunch in KFC. My father is a large man (300lbs)the chair he was setting in legs collapsed. Making him fall backward on the floor. I would think that a commerical place would have commerical chairs to at least hold up to 300Lbs are more.

The manager that on duty saw the whole thing happen. He(manager)wrote a statement out on paper of what happen and also told my father to go to hospital and get checked out and bring the bill to us. KFC Refuse to pay his hospital bills. My father is 68 years old and he has eaten in many places and nothing never happen like this before.
