Charged 450.00 to diagnose incorrectly an electrical malfunction in my truck. Mechanic D.Homrich told service Rex Steven a new dash harness was needed. Estimate 3000.00 part 4000.00 labor. Ordered paid for harness at MHC Kenworth Savannah where I got a discount unlike Jacksonville of Kenworth under President Denny Ross. Took 4 months to come in. Put my truck in MHC Kenworth Savannah, no diagnosis charge, found bad relay 16.00 part. Kenworth would not restock part. Ripped off for 2100. 00. Denny Ross nor Rex Steven would make their dealerships mistake right by me.
