Keranique.com Cancelled membership but they tell me I only cancelled over the phone BUT NOT ONLINE Internet
Keranique.com continues to send me products even though I cancelled my membership back in May of 2022. When I questioned representative, he said I call to cancel in May 2022 but neglected to also cancel online. What kind of B.S. is that with the customer service.
I also have to send the product back with a bunch of instructions and PAY out of pocket to return the product. Then he tells me that it will take approximately 3 to 5 months for me to get my money returned.
CONSUMERS, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TACTIC. I am horrified.

They have strict rules on returning a package that I did not order. I cancelled my status back in June of 2022. Here I am returning this heavy package for almost $21.00 for something I did not order. The rep told me I CAN NOT just do "return to sender". Also I should be wise to keep a tracking number because it may takes up to 3 months for me to get a refund. Keranique has very bad P.R.
A FEW WORDS TO THE PUBLIC... "IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN."
