 I took part in a "free haircare" package and they said I only had to cover shipping of $5. After I received the product I had used it and was not satisfied, but I was unable to call them due to me being busy with work, national guard stuff and normal busy days. After a little over a month I got a $79.99 charge to my bank account and I had called them. The guy that I spoke with told me that since I didn't call them before the "30 days was up" that I would have to pay for the product. When I told him I was not aware of this he told me that it was talked about in a piece of paper that was in the box, but I never got this paper he spoke of. Now by the end of it all I will have to pay around $100 and I have a $30 overdraft fee on my account . I'm not the first to deal with this. If you look on the internet you will find hundreds of others have dealt with the same problem.
