I purchased a software product from this company because according to their description it would perform by converting a PowerPoint presentation to DVD with no problems. And if there were any problems or issues with it they would offer support by you filing a support ticket on their website.

I have communicated with them a couple of times in the last two months concerning the fact that their product does not work at all. They sent me another copy of the software to see if it would work. It did not, so tried contacting them at least ten times a day for two weeks with no return e-mail of their supposed support.

I then filed a support ticket on their website to inform them that their product is garbage and I had mailed the copy they sent me back to them. Also, that I expected to have my $49.95 refunded to my charge account. This website claims that all support tickets will be answered within a 24 hour period. Well after two days I got on the site to check the status of my support ticket and my ticket number supposedly does not even exist.

How convenient for them. Everything they claim is a lie. I have gotten so disqusted with trying to contact them that I don't know what else to do. They avoid me! Unfortunately their website does not list a phone number(which is again very convenient for them). They say that is due to the amount of orders people would be trying to make by phone. What a crock of you know what. I am so tired of this runaround!!!
