Kerry CRM 'hires' people to do mystery shops. You pay for something and then they are supposed to pay you back plus pay a fee when you submit. I do this work for many companies and have always been paid promptly. In January I did 4 jobs for Kerry CRM which required me to spend money out of pocket and required about 100 miles of travel. Four months later I still have not been paid. I have requested payment several times and have gotten various excuses, that is when I got replies at all. She claimed that I had not entered my bank details or paypal information which was not true. Then she claimed to have lost my receipts and said I would have to resend them. It has been hell dealing with them. I highly recommend mystery shopping for fun and for picking up extra money but not with this completely unprofessional company.

You have forgotton to say that you submitted two of your reports without the photographs that are required.Even in doing that you were still paid your expenses for both of these shops even though they had to be redone again by another shopper.
You were also paid in full for the other shops that you did Also between the end of January to the beginning of April, (unless they have added in some extra ones)even now at this stage it still is not four months How could you say that you have been waiting four months when that amount of time has not elapsed .You are never required to travel anywhere, it is up to your self which shops that you choose to do.You have also selected to do a mystery shop for this company on the 23th of April next which you accepted on the 15th of April after you had submitted your Rip Off Report. You are passing comments about a person that you had dealings with saying that she had bad grammer.Four months waiting from late January would be late May not early April.

Update April 2009

I was eventually paid for my shops. The person whom I had been trying to deal with 'Kerry', handed my emails off to someone else who did promptly pay me and who kindly apologised for the mess. They have been very concerned since I filed this report on rip off report and have been good about trying to correct the mistake.

While this is commendable and I apreciate the efforts made to correct it, it does not change the fact that the transaction was originally handled very unprofessionally and innefficiently from the beginning. Whoever 'Kerry' is who deals with shoppers via email should not be allowed anywhere near a computer to communicate with anyone. Her poor writing skills, both grammatically, spelling, and in tone and content, leave a very negative impression of the company. She was flippant about my complaints about not being paid and offered one excuse after another, even accusing me of not following procedure, without even investigating. She jumped to conclusions that everything had to have been MY mistake and flatly refused to even consider that I may have a legitimate complaint. I normally would not pick on someone for their poor spelling skills but this is a company which specialises in written reports so those within it who communicate by the written word should at least be held to a minimum standard.

I still do mystery shopping for several companies and am quite happy with all of them. However, I will never again work for this company. The pay is very small for quite time consuming shops and if you add to it the time spent trying to get paid and the hassle of dealing with 'kerry' via email it simply is not worth it in the end.
