This is a total con-job.
You are given a gift certificate which ends up costing you money.

The keshoppingspree web site is full of low end products, most of which you wouldn't want to buy. The prices stated on the site are three times higher than they would be if you went to Target to buy them. The company then makes a profit on the "P+D" charge. It works like this; Say you order a blender (Hamilton Beach 500 Watt, 48 oz., 2 Speed Pulse Chrome and Glass Blender). It is advertised on the site for $169.95. You use your gift certificate so it is supposedly free. You are then charged $58.95 for processing and delivery. The same blender can be purchased for $39.99 from store or other online shops. Do not use this gift voucher.
