I trusted Kevin to work with my bank to lower my mortgage and or work out a good deal so he could buy it. I signed and notorized paper work after paper work so he could do so. Now my home is in pre-foreclosure and he holds the f*&%$#g title. Two years and apparantly nothing to show for it but me holding a $300,000 mortgage now in default. Thanks alot jack-a**!

404-245-0888. A quick search looking up some of the LLC names he's used over the years reveal you've hit a hornet's nest. Who knows where this will lead, but setting up blind trusts and short-selling properties is FRAUD, and one day when the banks get wind of it, all who helped this guy set them up will go down, big time. People need to pursue these things and not continue to be victimized. Be bold - he's not a big fish in this town, just a big talker con-artist.
