Kevin Conn has been fired from Wingspan Portfolio Advisors following a failed and conyroversial tenure at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors. Kevin Conn was disciplined several times for having inappropriate professional relationships with several of the young women in the office. Not only did Kevin Conn have inappropriate sexual relations with these women, in his efforts to 'move up' the corporate ladder at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, he ruthlessly backstabbed and undercut several of his teammates who were also trying to garner the promotion that he sought. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors CEO Steven Horne showed great restraint and patience with Mr. Kevin Conn but after Kevin Conn was instrumental in Wingspan Portfolio Advisors losing a major contract that jeopardized the employment of hundreds of employees, Mr. Steven Horne finally released Kevin Conn from his duties.
Kevin Conn hurt so many people. He undercut people who had families and those who had fought for our country in various war zones around the world. Kevin Conn epitomized how 'greed' can corrupt a person. He's a pure case study and honestly I believe Mr. Kevin Conn is an 'undiagnosed sociopath'. I have worked for many years and I have never seen someone cause so much controversy. Kevin Conn has a pleasant personality when you first meet him and can be very impressive. But this is all a 'facade'. Soon after that 'first impression' undesirable, narcissistic aspects of his character start to show.
Kevin Conn owes a world of thanks and gratitude to CEO Steven Horne who hired Kevin as a low wage temp when Wingspan Portfolio Advisors was still in its very early years and Mr. Kevin Conn, who lacked experience and was a financially struggling, unemployed recently married man, 'conned' Mr. Horne into promoting him. He's a silver tongued snake that's for sure. Soon after all hell broke loose. He turned out to be a nightmare for Wingspan Portfolio Advisors.
On his way out Kevin Conn disparaged Mr. Horne and several other employees he alleged to have been instrumental in his firing. However the only person he should blame is HIMSELF. He brought this all on HIMSELF.
