Complaint Review: Kevin Dwayne Satterwhite

 My daughters ex- husband is the father of her three children. One will be 18 in less than 2 months. The middle child is disabled and had extensive medical treatments. He is age 16 and has Hunter Syndrome. The third child is age 14. He is ordered to Pay $275.00 a month is child support and $100.00 towards back child support. This is more than Outrageous. He had everything listed in his current wife's name. Now that the oldest will be turning 18 years old, he is asking for a reduction in child support. He has no intention in paying the back child support and I do not understand how the state allows this to happen. We need help desperately. We don't know where to turn. He lives in a very nice home, and owns his own business. It seems as if the courts would crack down and not reduce the child support considering that he is in the arrears $21,103.12 as of April 25, 2015. Any help or advise would be most appreciated.
