Complaint Review: KEVIN EVANS "HISTORICAL BOOK CONNECTION"

Kevin Evans Runs a store on ebay, he put up for auction, a 1903 Call of the Wild book by Jack London, said it was "one of the Best" condition wise, I won the auction and send him $156.00. Kevin sent the book, it was a rotting rag! Falling apart. I emailed him, and he said send it back for a full refund. I did, and when he got it he said it was damaged and now worthless, he kept the money!

Please help me, go to his ebay store and complain, I have a family and need the money ..... this was a horrible rip off, by a crook!
