A friend Shared Kevin Fox with me, after she was looking on line was brought to his site HUD making homes affordable which directed me to him.

I am now in the process of losing my home after paying him $3,000.00.  I do not know where to turn he is a liar and a scammer telling you not to make your house payment and that he works with the bank and he does not!

Now I am being told that I should have never had to pay a government program to lower my home interest rate he told me that my home interest would be cut in half and that my second mortgage was totally eliminated.

Please don't trust him - he is not for real and may also be known as Kevin Rasher!

The Home Owner was mis-informed. The Lender ( Bank of America ) sold her loan off in the last minute of her approval for Modification. I / We have no control over the "servicer" selling the loan to a new Lender. Its unfortunate that this happened, and we will always take all steps to make our Homeowners happy with our Nonprofit services we offer. Most loan modifications are NON-Transferable. We will and did re-apply to the NEW lender with a favorable outcome. The facts of the claim above are false and will be removed pending the "review" process. Conditions of approvals are ALWAYS after the lender has taken the time to review all documents submitted to them, and issued a "Preliminary approval" ( after ALL trial payments have been made ) then the lender issues a PERMANENT approval. In this Case the "Home-Owner" is ONLY a few months behind on her mortgage and is not in imminent default of losing her home. Again the facts of the statements are NOT true and do not tell the facts of the whole story.
